The best materials
To achieve the best results it is crucial to use the best materials. Our tubes are made of titanium grade 9 (3AL/2,5V) with differentiated thickness and manufactured by a drawing process in conformity with Passoni’s specifications. The central bottom bracket shell, the steering tube and the dropouts are machined from a solid piece and are made of titanium grade 5 (6AL/4V). The frames are assembled by a welding process in an oxygen-free environment inside a hyperbaric chamber filled with argon gas in order to control the atmosphere. Then all welds are accurately moulded.
Our carbon comes from aeronautical sources and is produced in Italy. It too is assembled manually by a binding process. The result is a frame with unique reactive qualities.
For the stainless steel models, we use the prestigious XCr alloys by Columbus. In this case too, our frames have a great performance and elegance.

Our triple-butted drawn titanium tubes are made in conformity withour instruction and it allows us to chose the most suitable diameters, sections, lengths and reinforcements to build your frame.
So we can make a more rigid, lighter and more comfortable or just aesthetically more harmonious frame to meet your driving needs and not only.
